A5 Farm and Tour

TERMS OF USE

1. Standard check-in time is 1400 hours IST and check-out time is 1200 hours.
2. Early check-in and late check-out are permissible subject to availability.
3. Individual Cancellation, No-Show and Amendment Policy: Cancellation made 7 days prior to the arrival date shall not incur any cancellation charges. However, retention charges for one night will be applied.
4. All standard policies pertaining to the hotel/hospitality industry are applicable, when a specific reservation policy is not mentioned in the Reservation document.

PAYMENT TERMS POLICY

1. On your arrival, a pre-authorisation will be made on your credit card for the total stay, under the name of the one who made the booking. Early check-in and late check-out are chargeable as per the A5 Farm & Tour policy. It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. Indian Aadhaar Card, Indian Driver’s License, Indian Voter ID card or Indian or International passport are acceptable forms of identification. PAN cards are not accepted. A5 Farm & Tour reserves the right to refuse check-in in the absence of a valid identification document.
2. Payment can be made using credit card, Google Pay, a deposit in the bank account or a demand draft before the due date.
3. Applicable Taxes – Taxes are as applicable at the time of reservation.
4. An extension of stay at the A5 Farm & Tour is liable to be offered at the rate applicable at the time that the extension request is made. In case the original rate at which the reservation was booked has expired at that time, A5 Farm & Tour is not liable to offer a room at the original rate but at the current rate.
5. Upon cancellation of booking, the refund of the booking amount will be initiated. The booking amount after deduction of cancellation charges and taxes, as applicable, will be credited into the bank account of the guest using the same payment mode (i.e. debit card/ credit card/ net-banking or any electronic mode) by which the booking was made by the guest. The refund process may take 10-15 business days.
6. In case the booking amount is paid using a credit card, the refund will be processed on the credit card.
7. The capacity of guests permitted to stay at the farmhouse is 6 people, excluding children below the age of 5. Therefore, the maximum number of guests allowed at a time is 8.
8. If there are more guests than the permitted number, the management should be informed beforehand and there must be mutual consent before the arrival.
9. Children up to 5 years of age are not charged. Additional charges may be applicable for children between 5 and 12 years. 13 years will be charged as per extra adult rate.
10. In keeping with our heightened security measures, we request you to provide a copy of your photo-identity proof of all the guests while booking. Additionally, all guests are required to present the original photo-identity proof while checking-in. Indian Nationals must mandatorily present any one of the following: Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License or Voter ID Card. Foreign Nationals are required to present their passport and valid visa.
11. The rental charges, as of now, is Rs. 1000 per head. This excludes the service charges, utility charges and entertainment charges which will be levied separately.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Due to A5 Farm & Tour being enveloped in an ecological forest area and being a green zone, there are certain rules that must be strictly adhered to for the guests’ as well as the environment’s safety.
2. The guest may not wander out of the facility boundaries without the knowledge of or without being accompanied by one of the employees or workers.
3. The guests are not permitted to trespass on the neighbouring or outlying property.
4. As mentioned above, A5 Farm & Tour is situated in a green zone and the management follows eco-friendly policies. Thus, the garbage disposal measures and instructions must be strictly adhered to. There are segregated dustbins which are colour-coded and must only be used for their specific purpose.

2. Blue coloured dustbins - plastic waste
3. Red coloured dustbins - glass waste
5. Alcohol and smoking are not permitted inside the rooms. There are designated areas for the same within the premises, outside the rooms.
6. Any injury or harm incurred by the guests on themselves or on other guests, under the influence of alcohol or any drugs or otherwise, is not the responsibility or liability of the facility.
7. Electric fences surrounding the premises will be turned on at 7 pm in the night so as to keep away wild buffaloes and elephants that roam around the area at night. Thus, the guests must not try to open the gates or go out of the farm facility boundaries after 7 pm.
8. Any damage to property will be noted and fined as soon as it comes to the notice of the management.
9. Anyone found failing to comply with these rules will be fined severely or be asked to vacate immediately depending on the severity of the situation.
10. Music systems are not allowed after 10 PM due to the proximity to the forest area.

STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed inside the room.
2. The A5 Farm & Tour reserves the right to evict any unauthorized additional occupants in the room.
3. The reservations are not transferable.
4. In the event of no-show, a fee of one night’s room (inclusive of any applicable prevailing government tax) will be charged to your credit card provided at the time of reservation or as per any revised conditions of booking as per the offer.
5. A5 Farm & Tour reserves the right to send guests away from the farmstay due to their conduct and behaviour or for any other safety, security, medical reasons. This applies in particular, if guests do not observe instructions given by facility employees, express themselves in a discriminating manner, harass or endanger other guests or employees.
6. Guests will not be permitted to compromise the health, safety and security aspects of the A5 Farm & Tour at any point in time.
7. Guests are bound to produce an original proof of identity at the time of arrival.
8. In case of conflict in the actual bill provided to you after the receipt of services, the terms of the bill will prevail.
9. Neatness and hygiene should be adequately maintained by the guest. The guest should always adhere to the safety, security and hygiene advice duly provided by the A5 Farm & Tour management and should avoid breaching the same. The guest will be solely responsible for any such violation, if identified.
10. All the assets and valuables of the A5 Farm & Tour should be duly maintained adequately and should not be damaged or destroyed. A5 Farm & Tour has the discretion to levy any charges in the future, if it is proven beyond doubt that such damage/destruction has been done to the assets of A5 Farm & Tour (both movable and immovable, including the environment) by the guests.
11. If you have any allergies, sensitivities or intolerance to, but not limited to a particular fabric, material, cleaning product or food, it is advised to inform the management prior to arrival.
12. In case the items you wish to store are extremely valuable, you must notify the management before storing. The management may refuse to store those kinds of valuables.
13. Management and staff work hard to provide a safe and secure environment. We do everything possible to ensure that a secure environment is maintained and we ask that our guests do the same. A5 Farm & Tour takes no responsibility for any personal possessions that are lost, stolen or misplaced whilst on the premises due to the acts and omissions of the guests themselves.
14. Lost property found on the premises is logged and kept in a secure location for a period of three (3) months. Thereafter, items are either disposed of or donated to charity. A5 Farm & Tour accepts no responsibility for contacting the individuals in relation to lost property. Perishable items retrieved from rooms after check-out are only held until close of business that day.
15. All personal belongings must be removed from the room on departure. If, in the opinion of the facility management, the room is excessively littered, a separate cleaning charge will be levied in addition to the room expense. Any property left in the room will be stored and may be collected for up to 3 months. After this time, all unclaimed items will be disposed of or donated to charity.
16. Guests are requested to switch off all lights, air-conditioners and electrical appliances when not in use, especially while leaving the premises. The safety and security of our guests, staff, and property are of utmost importance to us.
17. All rights reserved with A5 Farm & Tour. These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice and can be amended by the A5 Farm & Tour as seen fit.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. All information, data, documents, or other materials provided by the guest to A5 Farm & Tour, and vice versa, will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the prior written consent of the other party.
2. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the guest and A5 Farm & Tour and supersede any previous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these Terms and Conditions.
3. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be deemed severed from these Terms and Conditions, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
4. A5 Farm & Tour’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by A5 Farm & Tour in writing.
5. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which A5 Farm & Tour is located, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
